Warning: more Nadirstan / Nationstates silliness. :-)

Upon her retirement, former Communications and Transport Minister Ileana Gadar has turned her attention to antiques. Not collecting them, but becoming it - it should be noted that in Nadirstan Living Dolls are an essential part of traditional culture, not something to be left to street artists. (With all due respect.)

Tech notes:
The idea for this came from a stock photo I bought somewhere, but it has been completely reworked since.

nadirstanian version of "Phantom"?
Well, people are free to see in it what they like, but the situation that I had in mind that she just got in after being transported or mailed, and someone is opening the protective blanket and the mask to check if she's alright. Which she is. :-)

it's not the first time i've been wrong.in fact,i can't really recall a time that i've been right. still,i submit that what you had in mind is far more nadirstanian.still,i must know.where was she sent? who owns her now? where and how is she displayed/stored?
To answer your questions:
1) She was sent to the Restauration Section of the National Museum for Traditional Culture in the capital.
2) The non-human parts are owned by a family trust that runs the family museum. However, as we're dealing with a Class III antiquity, nothing can be done without consent from the National Antiquities Authority, which is represented by the Provincial Antiquities Inspection Officer, and the District Museum Board. All important decisions are coordinated by committee meetings consisting of: representatives of the above-mentioned bodies, a representative from the family trust (acting as president of the committee), the manager of the Family Museum and a close relative monitoring the personal interests of the human part of the doll. All representatives have veto powers regarding their own well-defined areas of interest.
That's bureaucracy for you.
3) She stored and displayed in the family museum.

Thanks Damien! it's really nice to see some of my older work is liked too. I would have replied sooner if my message section hadn't been down.
